- What economic value do you provide? How are you different or better?
- Convincing and compelling? Accomplishments and achievements based?
- It’s not just what you do but how well you do it that needs to be communicated.
- Deficiencies dealt with? Do you overcome the stigma of unemployment?
Write several variations of your elevator speech and rehearse them.
Outshine the competition by being creative
- Research an industry or product trend and blog about it
- Join industry associations and volunteer to be an officer
